From its debut in the energy storage industry in 2020 to its industry leadership in 2025, Anhui Hanxing Energy has gone through five years of hard work and hard training, and on May 19th, it reached an important milestone of its fifth anniversary. From May 17 to May 18, the fifth anniversary of Hanxing Energy's mid- and senior-level development training activities were successfully held at Taiping Lake in Huangshan. The company's executive president Li Wangjian, senior vice president Hu Fei, senior vice president Wang Yaqi, vice president Tang Cong and other mid- and senior-level leaders attended and participated in the training activities.

At 11:00 a.m. on the 17th, Hu Fei made a mobilization speech and announced the official start of the fifth anniversary mid- and senior-level development training of Hanxing Energy. The training sessions were rich and exciting, and military training, ice-breaking team building, a series of theme activities, morning training, micro-sand table and other team cooperation activities were carried out in turn.

During the event, the Hanxing people fully demonstrated their wisdom of division of labor and cooperation and their resilience in facing challenges: precise division of labor when building high towers, tacit cooperation when passing the ball on the track, and full efforts in the frisbee competition. The atmosphere on the scene was warm and there was constant laughter.

At 6:30 on the 18th, the 5-kilometer hiking training on the shore of Taiping Lake officially began. Everyone encouraged each other and walked with confidence, completing the challenge beyond expectations, demonstrating the team's tenacity and efficiency. The subsequent "Tangram Micro Sand Table" activity simulated complex task scenarios and each group conducted an intelligence competition. The members integrated resources and conducted cross-departmental collaboration within a limited time, which not only demonstrated innovative thinking, but also exposed communication shortcomings, providing a vivid case for subsequent management optimization.

Wang Yaqi emphasized in her concluding remarks: "Clear goals are the prerequisite for team success, but only by strengthening communication, breaking down barriers, and consolidating trust can we truly achieve the synergy effect of 1+1>2. I hope that middle and senior managers will take this event as a starting point, integrate the spirit of collaboration into daily management, and jointly push the company to new heights."

In the afternoon, the team wandered around Taiping Lake, relaxing in the beautiful scenery of mountains and water, bringing the fulfilling training to a successful conclusion.
